By choosing us, you can significantly reduce your waiting time, as we can fabricate your building within 8-12 weeks from the production release day, unlike other metal building resellers that may take up to 6-9 months to produce.

Absolutely! However, location restrictions apply. Erection is quoted separately from the building kit in your quote. We do not mandate that you use our installation services, but they are available if you want a hassle-free build. Our skilled professionals will ensure timely and efficient installation without compromising quality.
However, please note that we do not provide installation services for foundations, electrical or plumbing systems. We can refer trustworthy third-party contractors who specialize in these areas to meet your specific project needs.
The initial pricing includes an estimated shipping cost but it's crucial to understand that the actual shipping cost may differ due to factors like size of your building and the distance of the delivery, as well as how many trucks are needed. Alternatively, you may arrange to pick up the building yourself or enlist the services of your preferred third-party shipper. If you use a third-party shipper, please note that you will have to set up delivery and pay your shipper directly.
When it comes to shipping products to Alaska, we would like to offer you two practical options. Firstly, we can crate and deliver the materials to a port for a delivery fee. This method involves us taking the initiative to take care of packaging, transporting and delivering the materials to the port in Seattle or Tacoma.
As an alternative, most of our customers prefer to send a shipping container to our location. In this option, we provide you with the necessary loading space for your shipment before you send us your container. We would like to assure our customers that we are happy to accommodate their preferred shipping company. However, please note that all costs associated with the use of third-party services must be taken care of by the customer.
When we reach the fabrication phase, kindly indicate the option you would prefer, either the first or the second. Our team will be more than willing to work with you to ensure the shipping process is seamless, cost-effective, and prompt. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we remain dedicated to providing you with excellent service each step of the way.
Our selection of metal man doors includes insulated 3070, 4070, and 6070 models. Each door is supplied with its own frame and is intended to be field located.
We advise that should you decide to purchase elsewhere, please ensure that the door is supplied with the appropriate frame as it is critical to the installation process.
Regarding windows and roll-up doors, we provide a wide range of options that can be tailored to your project. Please inform your Sales Representative so they can incorporate these choices into your quote.
We do offer a range of steel building repair services, including the installation of new metal roofing for your building. However, to provide you with an accurate quote for the required services, we require a site visit to assess the condition of your building in person.
The site visit will allow us to gain a better understanding of the scope of work required, the materials and resources needed, and any potential challenges or obstacles that may need to be addressed during the course of the repair process. The cost of the site visit is $250.00, which is credited to your account and can be utilized for other services or materials with HCI.
